How to Apply
Our student-focused approach is reflected in our admissions process.
Students are placed at Crotched Mountain School through Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and are referred to us by home school districts, state agencies, county departments of social services or other qualified referring agencies. Begin the process by completing a pre-registration form, so we can learn more about your child or student. After we receive your form, our director of admissions will contact you to schedule a campus tour.
Once we receive a formal referral from a school district, state or social service agency, our director of admissions schedules an in-person screening at Crotched Mountain School or at your student's school. After screening is complete, our admissions committee - a team of educators, therapists and other professionals - reviews the student's application and screening results, then makes a decision. Each student is evaluated on an individual basis.
There is no application deadline and students are admitted on a rolling basis.
