When someone sustains a brain injury, the challenges faced by the survivor and family can be daunting. Skills of language, cognition and movement, which once were natural, suddenly need to be relearned. On the path to recovery of these skills, you want the best and most comprehensive rehabilitation care available in a supportive environment for the survivor and family. That's where the Crotched Mountain Brain Injury Center comes in. Our goal is a sucessful return to community and family with the highest level of independence and quality of life.
Since 1985, we've enabled adults who have experienced a brain injury through trauma, stroke, or other causes, to recover these skills and abilities by providing individualized in-patient rehabilitation at acute and sub-acute levels of care. Our 30-bed specialty hospital features state-of-the-art equipment, facilities including a modern hospital building and two therapy pools, highly trained professionals in multiple therapy disciplines, and a commitment towards care that is unsurpassed. And we don't stop there. Our Outpatient Center provides continued therapies and medical care to support recovery, skill acquisition and retention and living in the community. Our goal is a sucessful return to community and family with the highest level of independence and quaility of life.
