Sign up for adaptive ski & snowboard lessons today!
Every winter, people with disabilities throughout the region enjoy the thrill of skiing and snowboarding by taking lessons through Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center's Accessible Recreation and Sports (CMARS) program. Our trained volunteers offer lessons for people with disabilities at all skill levels - from first-timers to seasoned veterans.
Lesson Dates: Begin on January 1 and run through Mid-March
Lession Hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 1:00 & 4:00 Wednesdays & Fridays: 10:00 Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30 & 12:00 Saturdays & Sundays: 10:00 & 1:00

Our certified recreational therapists utilize the broad recreational resources at the Crotched Mountain campus as well as in the larger community to design high quality programs that ensure success and enjoyment for everyone.
