KIN SCHILLING, project leader has been preparing for The Cornucopia Project for nearly 20 years.  Before that, she attended Sarah Lawrence College as an art major and later raised her five children on her own, always with a garden in her backyard and with healthy eating on her mind and at her table. She has pursued a wide range of entrepreneurial interests, leading her to conceive, design and develop The Cornucopia Project.
