Crotched Mountain > Information > HOW YOU CAN HELP                                                     Crotched Mountain depends upon the generosity of friends who know that their donations will help change the lives of the children and adults we serve.  Each year, through Crotched Mountain School alone we help more than 120 children with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, autism, mental retardation, brain injuries and many genetic conditions and neurological impairments.  Our children often have multiple disabilities including an inability to walk or talk. Here at Crotched Mountain, we focus on each individual's abilities rather than their disabilities.  Advanced rehabilitation, education, medical care and accessible recreation are offered in an atmosphere of patience, confidence and dedication.  The programs, opportunities and possibilities offered at Crotched Mountain are continually evolving, enlarging and establishing exciting new goals.  Parents and families remark that there is no other place like our mountaintop, that their children, spouses and siblings have never done better, and that their hopes for the future are encouraged by our continual pursuit of excellence.
