GREENFIELD — Crotched Mountain has recently recognized 84 employees for their years of service to its rehabilitation center, including six individuals who have been with the organization for 25 or more years.
Leading the group of honorees is Michael Crowe of Nashua, who is celebrating his 30th anniversary of employment with Crotched Mountain. Since 1976, Mr. Crowe has been working as a teacher assistant at Crotched Mountain School, a private residential and day school providing educational and therapeutic services to students with developmental and physical disabilities, grades K-12.
Those celebrating their 25th year of employment with Crotched Mountain are: director of human resources Alycemae Flanders of Antrim; school social worker Larry Fleischer of Bennington; residential counselor Jocelyn Lapete of Greenfield; accounting manager Ted Heslam, Jr. and case manager Deborah Segedy, both of Hillsboro.
"We congratulate each of these employees for their dedication to the people we serve, day in and day out," remarks president Donald L. Shumway. "They are indeed unsung heroes."
