An Acceptance Package that includes an Acceptance Letter, a partially completed YMCA Application and additional documents, is on its way to you by mail. Your participation in our program is contingent upon successfully completing the steps below and assumes that you already submitted all documents required for your original 'Crotched Mountain' application.
