Crotched Mountain has earned a reputation for excellence through serving the needs of people with disabilities and their families for more than 50 years. Our rehabilitation center is located on the southern slope of Crotched Mountain in Greenfield, NH surrounded by a 1,400-acre woodland preserve.

Crotched Mountain has one of the finest, most accessible aquatics centers in the country. In addition to our recreational swimming pool, we have a heated therapy pool equipped with a remarkable elevating floor.

Specialty Hospital

A licensed, 62-bed specialty hospital that provides 24-hour acute and sub-acute care and rehabilitation to children and adults with disabilities. We specialize in brain injury, spinal cord injury and other serious medical conditions.
