There may be some flexibility with program dates. If the program dates listed on your Acceptance Letter are not convenient to you please contact this office if you have not already done so. Your last day in program will depend on whether you are assigned to the Monday-Thursday or the Friday-Sunday schedule. In either case, we provide free travel assistance only on the following Monday (See Program Agreement and Travel Form for more information). Program participants are permitted to travel in the USA for up to 10 dates after the program end date. Staying for all or part of the 10-day period requires you to maintain your medical insurance coverage for the additional time in the USA. Program participants must vacate their rooms at Crotched Mountain within 72 hours of the end of program. An early departure from the program results in ineligibility for a completion certificate and any applicable bonus or gift.
