Here is what you need to do to apply for a Medical Clerkship here at Crotched Mountain:
| Step 1: |
Download the Crotched Mountain Medical Clerkship Application and save it to your hard drive. |
| Step 2: |
Fill out the form by placing your cursor in the gray 'Name' field and pressing the TAB key on your keyboard to advance to the next field. |
| Step 3: |
Save a copy of your completed application to your computer's hard drive. |
| Step 4: |
Print a hard copy of the completed application and e-mail the form as an attachment to the following address: internships@CrotchedMountain.org |
