Staff Profiles: Administration  

CHRISTINE BERGERON, billing specialist. JENNIFER BOOTH, OTR/L and Clinical Practice Manager provides evaluations, in-services, and consultations. Jen also serves as clinical coordinator of our School Partnership Program and is part of the dysphasia team. She received her BS degree from the University of New Hampshire, Durham. Prior to joining Crotched Mountain in 1995, she worked in an early intervention program in Lawrence, MA.

JANE CRAMB, receptionist, started at Crotched Mountain in July, 1992. Initially she started as a LNA in the Brain Injury Center. Then she worked in the OT/PT Department as the administrative assistant until she joined outreach services in April, 2004. PAUL NIEMI, insurance coordinator, started at Crotched Mountain in April, 2003. Prior to that he had been employed at Harvard Vanguard's Concord, MA facility (Concord Hillside Medical Associates) as a referral coordinator in their Managed Care department.  He has an associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College (formerly Regent's College) in Albany, NY.

KATHERINE THONIS, Director of Clinical Services, began her work at Crotched Mountain in the spring of 1999, initially responsible for the development of outreach services. In 2003, her role expanded to include the oversight of the clinical areas. Prior to coming to Crotched Mountain, Kathy worked for the Area Agency for Developmental Services of Greater Nashua for thirteen years. She held several positions there in the areas of case management, family support, and community program development. Kathy received her B.A. Degree in Sociology and Education from Smith College and her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.
