As part of its lifelong alliance to children and adults with disabilities, Crotched Mountain offers specialized clinics and therapies on an outpatient basis. Our rehabilitation center is located on the southern slope of Crotched Mountain in Greenfield, NH; an hour from Manchester, NH and two hours from Boston.

Developmental Pediatrics |
Individual and multi-disciplinary diagnostic evaluations of children with developmental and behavioral disorders, including those with genetic and neurological conditions. Follow-up consultation can provide: developmental monitoring, guidance for access to community services, and psychopharmacology. Referral by pediatrician or family practitioner required. Hearing Clinic |
Diagnostic hearing evaluations, including otoacoustic emission testing, for pediatric and adult populations. Complete hearing aid services: evaluation, fitting, counseling, instruction and repairs. Wheelchair Clinic |
A regional assessment center, improving the quality of life for persons using wheelchairs by increasing comfort and mobility. Aquatic Therapy |
Offering individual and group treatments for a wide range of conditions including: arthritis, asthma, oncology, and neurological and orthopedic impairments. Staff includes a physical therapist certified by the Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute in both Aquatic Therapy and Rheumatology. Our accessible facility features a recreational pool and a heated therapy pool, equipped with a remarkable elevating floor so that the water level can be adjusted from zero to five feet. |

Occupational Therapy |
Assessment and treatment of patients with physical, cognitive, developmental, sensory, or perceptual deficits. Services include: orthopedic rehabilitation, splinting, development of motor skills, remediation for visuo-perceptual deficits, and the creation of programs to improve skills in activities of daily living (ADL). |

Physical Therapy |
Assessment, treatment and consultations for individuals with physical or developmental disabilities. Services are provided in the areas of gross motor skills, mobility training, general strengthening, relaxation/pain management, and orthopedic rehabilitation. |

Psychology Services |
Evaluations and consultations for individuals with disabilities and their families. |

Speech-Language Pathology |
Assessment, direct and consultation services to enhance speech, receptive and expressive communication skills as well as cognitive skills. Services include: direct or group therapy, creation of Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, and inservice training. |

Sensory Integration Therapy |
