Audiology

Margaret Glover, MA, CCC-A, FAAA, is a Certified Clinical Audiologist, licensed by the State of NH. She holds a Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Denver. She is a past president of the NH Academy of Audiology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the NH Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Noelle Paradis, MS, CCC-A, FAAA is a Certified Clinical Audiologist, licensed by the State of NH. She earned her Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Rhode Island. She is actively involved in many professional associations including the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Assistive Technology

David Kontak, MA, MS, OTR/L joined Crotched Mountain as Director of Assistive Technology in 2004. He is an Occupational Therapist who earned his Master of Science degree from Colorado State University. David comes to Crotched Mountain from ATECH Services of Laconia, NH where he conducted assessments in the areas of computer access, home access, seating and positioning, power mobility, and augmentative communication.

Peter Leavitt, foreman of the Assistive Technology Unit, coordinates the Seating and Mobility clinics at Crotched Mountain. Working closely with the families, vendors and therapists involved in order to optimize the clients' assistive technology needs. Peter brings approximately 10 years of experience in the assistive technology field with an extensive background in fabrication and design of custom made products (cabinetmaking). Peter received his AAS degree in Electro-Mechanical Technologies, with a strong emphasis in robotics, from New Hampshire Technical College, Nashua. Peter also is a RESNA certified Assistive Technology Practitioner.

Vision Specialist

Rene Paquin is a Peripatologist who earned his Master of Education degree from Boston College. He also has a certificate in low Vision from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Here at Crotched Mountain he works to help visually impaired students maximize their remaining vision. In collaborating with the various disciplines, he creates learning environments to teach students concepts of themselves, their environment and how to maneuver within their world.
