Crotched Mountain Welcomes New VP/Chief Financial Officer

Randal E. Loubier, MBA

GREENFIELD, NH — Randal E. Loubier, of Amherst, NH, has been named vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Crotched Mountain Foundation. In his role, he will serve individuals with disabilities and their families by providing leadership to all financial activities of Crotched Mountain Foundation, including Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center, located in Greenfield, and all affiliated corporations which provide services throughout New Hampshire and the Northeast.
 
Prior to joining Crotched Mountain, Mr. Loubier served as senior vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Atomic USA, a wholesaler of sporting goods based in Amherst, NH. He began his career as a financial analyst for AT&T and was promoted to the position of controller for the company's Small Business Telephone Systems Division. Mr. Loubier earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and went on to receive his master's degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.

Crotched Mountain is a charitable organization employing nearly 900 people. Its mission is to serve individuals with disabilities and their families, embracing personal choice and development, and building communities of mutual support. Crotched Mountain provides specialized education, rehabilitation, community, and residential support services for more than 2,000 consumers, including individuals with disabilities and the elderly, living in New England and New York .
