Crotched Mountain Welcomes New Residential Services Program Director

GREENFIELD , NH — Leah Fiasconaro-Conway of Greenfield , NH has been named program director-Greenfield for Crotched Mountain Residential Services (CMRS), a non-profit organization that has been providing residential and day programs for adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries throughout southern New Hampshire and northeastern Massachusetts since 1984. In her role, she will be responsible for managing operations based at the administrative office in Greenfield . CMRS also has a regional office in Derry , NH .

Ms. Fiasconaro-Conway arrived at Crotched Mountain in November of 1986, initially working as a teacher assistant. After earning her bachelor's degree in Human Services from Springfield College, she went on to complete her master's degreethere in Human Services with a concentration in Psychology and Child/Family Therapy. She also has taken master's level classes in School Counseling through Notre Dame College .

During her 20 year career working in the field of developmental disabilities, she has held positions as a residential lead counselor, program manager, and program coordinator at Crotched Mountain . Previously she worked with Monadnock Developmental Services as a family care worker. "Leah is excited to begin her new role within the organization and is an asset to our team," states CMRS executive director Jonathan Eriquezzo.
