KAREN FIFE is the Community Re-entry Coach for BIC. Karen joined Crotched Mountain as the scheduler for LNA's and Nurses in BIC in August 2004. She transitioned into her present position as re-entry coach in May 2006 and enjoys working with the clients in her role as Job Coach. Karen is responsible for the operation of the New Beginnings' Gift shop, a Vocational Rehabilitation program for the Brain Injury Center, in addition to coordinating and implementing new job sites and providing ongoing support to clients in their job settings.
JOHN BIRON joined Crotched Mountain as a community re-entry coach in 2003. In his role he works with our clients to help them transition back into the community, provide them with vocational support at their job sites, and manage petty cash expenses. John has worked in this field for more than 20 years, having served as a counselor at the Youth Development Center and the Moore Center in Manchester, NH as well as at Crotched Mountain School. He welcomes the opportunity for continual learning, both on the job and through taking courses and workshops. |
