JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized graduate academic program.  Hold the certification of Clinical Competence (CCC in Speech Pathology).  Holds or is eligible for certification by the State of New Hampshire Board of Education.  This certification must be obtained by the end of the probationary period at Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To provide Speech –Language Pathology service to Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center clients to include: diagnostic evaluations, habilitation and rehabilitation services as well as treatment plans and consultations. Will be servicing the school Unit as determined by the Director.
