JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate or equivalent, current licensure in the state of New Hampshire as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Basic function is to instruct, supervise, and assist residents with routine care and activities of daily living, and to monitor and provide for the medical needs of the residents in accordance with individual education plans and Center policies/procedures.

Performs tasks under the supervision/direction of Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, Residential Skills Instructor II and Head/Charge Nurses in accordance with established Center policies/procedures.
