JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and licensed by the State of New Hampshire Board of Registration in Medicine. 3-5 Years Experience Preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To conduct prescribed physical therapy evaluations and treatment programs in our rehabilitation hospital to optimize function, prevent deformity/disability and assists clients in reaching their maximum level of performance. Plans therapy programs to address goals/objectives. Utilizes appropriate intervention approaches, techniques and methods to implement programs. Consults with physicians, parents, support agencies and others as necessary. Completes documentation as required.

Hours: Generally 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday, but flexible to program needs
